Application Information:

  • Please download vendor application below or email crestonvalleyfallfairvendors@gmail.com with questions.
  • Booth space must be pre-paid with a completed application form.
  • Please remember to send a Certificate of Insurance with your application.
  • Remember to add in the number of wrist bands you will need,  $3/band with application.
  • Application deadlines: Early Bird – Aug 15; Booking deadline – Aug 30.

Vending Information:

  • Inside Vendor Set-up:  Thursday, September 7th, 2023 5 pm – 9 pm
  • Food Vendor Set-up: Friday, Sept 8, 10 am to 12 noon arrival
  • Fall Fair Hours: Friday, September 8th, 2023 2-9 pm. Saturday, September 9th, 2023 9 am – 5 pm.
  • No dismantling of booths before 5 pm on Saturday, September 9th
